  • For prospective clients, please email us at admin@sunlitservices.org or submit a form on the Contact page to inquire about availability and scheduling.

  • Your first scheduled appointment will consist of the intake assessment, in which we will discuss current concerns and gather historical information. During your second appointment, we will finish any outstanding intake questions and work together to create your treatment plan for our work together. Ongoing sessions will be focused on targets and goals identified during the treatment planning process, utilizing evidence-based practices that are in line with your specific treatment goals.

  • Our private pay rate is $175 for the initial intake appointment and $160 per session after the intake appointment. We work with a number of insurance companies. Please contact us to see if we are contracted with your specific insurance provider.

    Depending on your insurance, you may be required to pay a co-pay or co-insurance at the time of the session. Please contact your insurance provider to learn what your out-of-pocket cost will be per session.

    We are able to provide a superbill for services if we are out-of-network with your insurance provider. Feel free to contact us for more information on super billing and how you may be able to receive reimbursement with your insurance provider through your out-of-network benefits.

  • Each session is 53 minutes in length.

  • During your intake, we will discuss the frequency we recommend for our sessions together. Typically, clients receive therapy services once per week, bi-monthly, or monthly.

  • We are located near downtown Spokane in the Sweetgrass Commons building. There is a parking lot on site with free parking available. Our office is located on the first floor of the building and the entrance is accessible without any stairs. A waiting room is located at the entrance of our suite with chairs, beverages, and light snacks available to you while you wait for your appointment.

    Each office within Sweetgrass Commons has been thoughtfully sound-proofed to ensure confidentiality during your session.

  • Yes! We utilize a secure online platform for tele-health sessions that is HIPAA compliant. Telehealth is available based on your preference and the therapist’s availability. Just let us know if you prefer telehealth vs. in-person sessions.

  • As therapists, we are bound by confidentiality and HIPAA and will not discuss what is talked about during our sessions without your consent. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, as we are mandated reporters. We will discuss the bounds of confidentiality during your intake appointment.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible via email or through your client portal to inform us if you need to reschedule an appointment. We require a 24 hour notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, otherwise you may be subject to being charged the full session fee.
