Intake appointments are $175 and ongoing sessions are $160.

Insurance

We are in network with UnitedHealthCare*, Optum, Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, Regence Blue Shield, and Asuris. Please contact us to ensure we are in network with your specific plan.

*We are not in network with the United HealthCare Community Plan.

Superbilling

We offer superbilling to our clients whose insurance plans are considered out-of-network. Based on your out-of-network benefit through your insurance plan, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for services by submitting a superbill to your insurance provider.
